Xullu simplifies your travel operations by managing all aspects of licensing,comp-liance, and book-ings, allowing your team to focus on delivering excep-tional travel experiences.

Why Xullu?

We are the infrastructure layer organizations use
to launch a travel booking program without becoming
a licensed travel agency them-selves.
Through accredited host agency operations and purpose built technology, we handle the licensing, compliance, and servic-ing so your org-anization can focus on your members, not travel regulation.

Why Organizations Choose Xullu Over Building In House

-Licensing and compliance are already handled. Your organiz-ation operates under Xullu's IATAN accreditation, CLIA , and active Seller of Travel licensing, with no need to pursue your own registration.

-Your program runs on a dedicated technology backend. Xullu's proprietary platform tracks bookings, commissions, and member activity, giving your organization visibility without operational overhead.

-Servicing is handled end to end. From booking to commission payout, Xullu's team manages the day to day operations of your travel program.

-You are not building this alone. Xullu structures the program specifically around your organ-ization's members, advisors, or distribution network, rather than offering a generic one size product.

Your organization needs a host agency partner, not a booking tool.

A host agency is a licensed and accredited travel business that allows other agencies, advisors, or organizations to operate under its credentials rather than obtaining their own. In the travel industry, certain licenses, accreditations, and supplier relationships take significant time, capital, and regulatory approval to secure independently. A host agency has already done that work, and extends access to it through a formal partnership.

For an organization looking to launch a travel program, this changes what is actually required to get started. Instead of registering as a Seller of Travel in every applicable state, securing industry accreditation, and building direct supplier relationships from zero, an organization partners with a host agency and operates under credentials that are already active and compliant. What would otherwise take months of licensing work and ongoing regulatory maintenance becomes a structural relationship the organization steps into.

Xullu functions as that host agency for the organizations we work with. Every booking made through a Xullu partnered program runs under Xullu's IATAN accreditation, CLIA membership, and active Seller of Travel registration, so the organization is not exposed to the compliance burden of holding that licensing itself. The result is a travel program an organization can stand up and operate without becoming a licensed travel agency in the process.

The Technology Behind Your Program

Xullu's proprietary platform manages hosted agencies, advisors, bookings, and commissions in one system, giving your organization full visibility into program activity without adding operational work to your team.

The Platform

Xullu's proprietary platform is built to run the operational side of your travel program. It manages hosted agencies, advisors, and their bookings, tracks commissions and supplier relationships, and gives your organization full visibility through reporting on brokers, institutions, and members. A secure, encrypted enrollment system lets your organization distribute enrollment links directly, through HR, leadership, or member communications, without manual onboarding on either side.

Built So Your Organization Does Not Have to Build It

Launching a travel program independently means ab-sorbing licensing costs, compliance risk, and ongoing operational overhead. Part-nering with Xullu removes all three.

Low Cost Entry

Your organization avoids the capital and time required to secure licensing, accredi-tation, and supplier relation-ships independently. The infrastructure is already in place.

Stronger Commission Structures.

Xullu's supplier relationships and booking volume tran-slate into better commission terms for your program than most organizations could negotiate building from scratch.

Full Operational Support

From booking servicing to commission tracking and reporting, Xullu's team and platform handle the daily operations of your program, so your organization is not staffing or managing travel operations internally.

Accreditations

A core advantage of part-nering with Xullu is inheriting our existing accreditation and licensing, so your organ-ization does not need to pursue its own registration to launch a travel program.

Licensing

Selling travel to residents of certain states requires Seller of Travel registration. Org-anizations operating under Xullu's host agency license are covered in the states where Xullu is registered, without needing separate registration of their own.

Education Opportunities

Xullu provides training and onboarding support for the advisors and staff operating within your organization's program, covering supplier systems, booking pro-cedures, and ongoing platform updates.

Accreditations

A big reason you sign up with Xullu is to use our licensing and accreditation so you don’t have to spend time or money aquiring your own.

Licensing

If you live in a state or plan to sell to clients who live in a state that requires a Seller of Travel license, you don't need to get your own as it is very expensive and hard to get, as a Xullu agency you can register under our umbrella and acquire a sub-SOT under Xullu.

Low Risk

There are no upfront licensing costs or comp-liance overhead for your organization to absorb. Xullu carries the regulatory and accreditation burden, so your organization can launch a program without that financial or legal exposure.

Your program runs on relationships already built. Xullu's supplier and industry partnerships give your organization access to major airlines, cruise lines, and travel protection providers from day one.

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics projects a 20% career growth for travel advisors over the next decade (2021-2031), which is “much faster than the average for all occupations."

U.S. Bureau of labor Statistic

Employment of travel agents is projected to grow 20% from 2021 to 2031, much faster than the average for all occupations. About 7,500 openings for travel agents are projected each year, on average, over the decade. Many of those openings are expected to result from the need to replace workers who transfer to different occupations or exit the labor force.

Job Outlook

By all accounts, there is more opportunity for advisors right now than I’ve ever seen in my entire 30-plus years in the travel business.

How long does it take to get started?

Getting started can take a few days. Once you complete your enrollment, we begin setting up your accounts in our advisor portal. Will I be able to compete with internet travel companies?

The correct question is “Are your prices competitive?” and the answer is “YES!” Our company and business model are one of the fastest-growing segments of the travel industry. In fact, according to all travel-related media and publications, the share of home-based agencies has grown over the past decade and surpassed the share of retail location agencies. Our advisors will have access to everything that any other advisor or company would have, plus much more. Many of our preferred travel suppliers will price match, and you will have access to rates unavailable to the public. While our travel products’ prices are competitive, our advisors must differentiate themselves from online booking sites through exceptional service, personal relationships, and travel expertise. Xullu.com has working relationships with some large online travel agencies (also known as OTA), and our advisors may sell their products and earn a commission.

Can I sell airline tickets?

While you can sell airline tickets as a travel advisor, we don’t encourage you to focus your business on selling air. In May of 2002, the airline industry stopped paying commissions to travel advisors. Most companies now charge a small service fee on all airline tickets. You can add a service fee to the price of your client’s ticket. This applies to both domestic and international air travel.

Are there any additional costs that I will incur being a Xullu Travel Advisor?

We realize that many of our new advisors are joining our company to earn additional income, learn the business or purely for personal benefits. Therefore, we don’t want our advisors to spend any more than is necessary. As such, we have designed our system to include everything you need to start and run your own travel business. There are no other costs to join our program. Additionally, all our online training is included in our program at no additional cost to you. If you choose to attend a live event with us or our suppliers (and we hope you do!), those events are an additional cost.

What kind of support do you offer to help me succeed in the travel business?

We realize that most individuals joining our programs have little, and in most cases, no experience in the travel industry. For that reason, all our systems, processes, procedures, education, training, and support have been designed with that in mind. We begin by familiarizing new advisors with our systems. The New Advisor courses, which are web-based, allow you to learn the essentials of booking travel and running a business at your own pace. Our preferred suppliers will invite our new advisors to their live educational webinar, on- site inspections and the educational trips. Our expert support team members are standing by to assist you with any questions.

Why would people use me as their travel advisor instead of just going to the internet or online travel agency?

We get asked this all the time. Our business model is growing for a reason. Unlike travel booking websites, home-based travel advisors can connect clients with the best vacation experiences and provide personal customer service from start to finish. This is especially true on more profitable, complex travel like cruises, family vacations, luxury vacations and international vacation packages.According to travel industry publications, there is a shortage of travel advisors in U.S. and the demand for the experience travel advisors are growing. Most of the affluent travelers preferred to use travel advisor for their vacation plan, not from the internet.
